We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was pretty close to the city center and within walking distance of several supermarkets. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Its location was the only positive fact about this Hostal. It takes about 15 mins. from the train station on foot. The reception staff had good intentions to help as much as they can.
When I entered the room, there were pee drops on the lid of the toilet. The trash wasn't emptied. I was given the hotel next to the reception on the first floor. It was almost impossible to sleep before 1 am, as the phone kept ringing, the reception staff talked on the phone for personal issues for hours, the bell of the outside door rang just next to the room. There was a toilet near and each time it was flushed, I could hear it from the room. Before I left the hotel I was asked about my opinion on my 3 day stay. When I told that it had been impossible to sleep, the woman (who kept talking on the phone all night with a high and irritating voice) she told me that they almost never gave the room to a visitor but as the hotel was packed and I was the last one to arrive (which was a lie) on that day they had given me that room and for the price I paid that I got a good deal.

Good location, hot water, clean towels, shower gel provided. Old-fashioned with character.

Because of location and price
This should not be a place for staying by anybody. The hotel is quite unhealthy and unsafe by any consideration. You should not promote this hotel/hostel.

Great location, walkable to city center, train station, and bus station. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Quirky and old-fashioned, a refreshing change from chain hotels. Affordable prices for decent amenities. Charismatic and memorable, creating holiday memories with a fond laugh.
Felt most welcome, nothing to complain about.

Thiere must be far better hostals in town than this one! Very run-down, has not been decorated in the last 30 years, No shaver points,no heating, no towels in room but were provided on request - light bulbs missing- could not make payment by Visa card, as the young guy on reception, who was as tired as the rest of the building, said his card terminal wasn,t working so l had to pay in cash, for which a receipt was reluctantly given. Definitely not a hotel/hostal to be recommended

The bed was comfortable.
The front entrance employed a buzzer for the door which would be alright if I didn't have to spend ten minutes standing there pressing it until another guest coincidentally opened the door for me as they were going out. The room was freezing with no heater. The floors looked kinda dirty and there was a used wrapper in my sink upon arrival so the room was not cleaned very well.

Great location, close to the city center and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered clean towels and hot water, which was a nice touch.
The room was noisy and small, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. The staff at the reception were not very helpful and didn't provide any useful information about the area or make any effort to make our stay more enjoyable.

The receptionist was a youg man. I had running water in the WC and the valve to close water inlet to the WC was broken. The receptionist did little to try to fix it and didnt give me any kind of compensation. I asked for work tools and fixed it myself. You have to pay at check in The place is old, noisy and no decoration. But does the job if there is no cheap alternatives.
